Tryouts
There will be try-outs held by the Executive Board. Please note that no prior Model UN experience is necessary. We will hold trainings to prepare you for the conference try-outs, and then the conference itself. Eligibility is dependent on try-out performance, as well as on overall involvement with RUAIR, including attendance and participation at weekly meetings.
Note: MUN teams are formed on a conference-by-conference basis. If you do not get a spot in our first conference, we urge you to continue to remain involved with RUAIR and your eligibility for future conferences will increase. RUAIR tries to take as many new people to MUN conferences as possible while maintaining a competitive balance, so do not let your first tryout performance discourage you... there will be many more chances!
