RUAIR members distinguish themselves at Model United Nations conferences across North America. Their awards are a testament to the incredible talent and knowledge Rutgers students demonstrate in committee. Rookie of the Year
RUAIR names a Rookie of the Year to honor a new member for outstanding contribution to the club. Freshmen and other new members are eligible for this award. The qualifying individual to win the most Model UN awards among all freshmen and new members is recognized as the Rookie of the Year.

North American College Model UN All-Star Team
The Model UN company BestDelegate maintains an honorary North American College Model UN All-Star Team. Each year, students from across the country nominate delegates for this unique distinction. Several Rutgers students have been named to the All-Star Team.
